What information do I need to provide to get my quote?
In order to obtain a personalized and quick quote, we will need the following information:
– The number of apartments
– The number of people per apartment
– The specificities of the accommodation (exterior, double bed, single bed, compulsory room or not etc.)
– Extras (breakfast, extra cleaning, covered parking, sauna etc.)
– Arrival and departure dates
– Your budget (optional)
Is the rate flexible?
For companies, we generally only offer non-cancellable/non-refundable rates. Our team is listening to all requests and projects.
Is it possible to book an apartment all year round?
Depending on our availability and the type of apartment you are looking for, we could respond favorably to your request.
How do I get the keys back?
Our reception is open 7 days a week, the hours vary according to the season. Employees will be able to collect their key during the reception opening hours.
Is there a late arrival procedure?
We are aware of the different hazards that workers may encounter. After the call of the employees to warn of their late arrival, the hostesses will explain the [simple] procedure to follow and thus recover the keys in an autonomous way.
