KEY DELIVERY & LATE ARRIVALS: everything you need to know

ARRIVALS OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS

🗣  Notify the hostesses to arrange the administrative arrangements

🗝  They will have previously deposited your apartment key in the safe (no code required) located in the lobby

🥾  When you arrive, take the small rise on the right of the residence to access the reception or your key box. The key opens all the access doors of the residence

🔔  Come to the reception during opening hours to settle the administrative formalities

DEPARTURES OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS

🗝  Put the key and the beeper (if garage) in the white box located outside the reception

ARRIVALS DURING OPENING HOURS

☺️  The hostesses will be pleased to welcome you at the reception

✅  If all your documents have been correctly completed and signed later, only the payment of the tourist tax can be requested
